LoopCut adds a pause before selected apps open, asks why you are opening, lets you set a time limit, and adds stopping points before a short check becomes a long scroll.
Why it exists
Many modern apps remove friction with one-tap entry, infinite scroll, autoplay, and social rewards. LoopCut adds a small moment of choice back where it matters.
Who makes it
LoopCut is created by Wei Zhang, founder and product developer of Cerevio Technologies, based in Munich, Germany. He develops the Android app and tests its intervention flows across Android versions and manufacturer-specific behavior. LoopCut is not presented as medical or psychological treatment.
